Our Team
Co-founders Kesinee Angkustsiri Yip and Kevin Weinstein have been bringing their love of improv, and their unique energy and approach to building teams and fostering creativity at Stanford LEAD, the university's flagship executive education program. This led to their decision to incubate their concept of applying specific improv tools and learnings to increase creativity, support innovation, foster connections, build culture, and address business problems. Creative Catalyst was a finalist in Cohort 6 of the LISA - LEAD Incubator and Startup Incubator.
Together, Kesinee and Kevin bring more than 40 years of business and consulting experience helping a variety of companies and organizations address the most intractable business challenges.
